Pros: The staff were excellent, friendly and professional person.
Pros: The hotel was very stylish and the staff was very friendly. It was a great value for the money.
Pros: The design is ok for a business organization hotel. The location is good if you want to be in Costa Mesa
Cons: Staff was not very professional person. Didn't honor the SPG gold upgrade as they said that they are a little hotel. Room is small and bathroom is small and outdated.
Pros: Other than front desk staff, all the other staff were very courteous and professional. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable all in all very dainty.
Cons: Well subsequently prepaying for the room. For them non allowing me to get keys to the room, because of card damage and not exercise to lack of greenbacks that they exercise non except. I had to go to my bank and get some other temporary card while my other party had to wait with my baggage. Was completely unacceptable. Somebody needs to inform them that once you pay for something y'all are in championship to it. Regardless to some policy they in place.
Pros: Dainty area to behind the hotel to walk. Larger room size
Cons: Service was somewhat defective. I stayed 3 nights. My room was never serviced by the cleaning crew later on I checked in. Mattress was very house and not very comfortable. Hotel nickel and dimes for everything. Cocky parking was $22 a night. Hotel Concierge wanted to accuse me an boosted $twenty a dark when I (a solo traveller) requested a king bed upon arrival instead of two queens, even though the hotel was half empty and the published rates of the rex rooms were $35 less a nighttime than the nightly rate I had paid for my stay.
Pros: Fantabulous service. Staff were very helpful and friendly!
